Therapy for Women + Women’s Health
-
In a world of Insta-perfect stories, you may need an ally when your story isn’t what you hoped for. Count on me to track with you.
There is no such thing as “TMI” in this therapeutic relationship! I did a unique multi-year Behavioral Health Fellowship in Women's Health at Atrius (Harvard Medical School affiliate) in Boston, so I’m prepared to hold all that you bring to session.
We may explore:
• dating as a young professional, or dating after divorce
• “should I freeze my eggs?”
• experiencing painful sex or a decrease in sexual pleasure
• postpartum depression or anxiety
• infertility or actively engaging in fertility treatment
• suffering miscarriage, stillbirth or other loss
• adjusting to anxiety or depression during pregnancy
• looking for healing after IVF challenges or a traumatic birth
• loss of your identity after having a baby
• deciding not to have children
• challenges of “being single”
• difficulty relating to your partner, if you have one
• challenges of parenting little humans
• perimenopause + menopause support
